Arbor, London
The problem: Native Land’s Arbor workspace was designed as a high-quality, tenant-ready office with a flexible layout to support a range of working styles. The space includes a mix of meeting rooms and shared areas, with acoustic comfort playing an important role in creating an environment that feels calm, adaptable and welcoming for future occupiers.

Location: London
Our solution
Resonics was engaged to design and install a tailored acoustic solution, working in partnership with Modus Workspace.
Meeting Rooms
To support productive discussions and minimise distraction in enclosed spaces, Autex Groove and Impact Archisonic panels were installed across the meeting rooms. These wall-mounted acoustic treatments absorb sound reflections and reduce reverberation, enhancing speech clarity during internal discussions and remote calls.
Circulation Area
In the circulation area, a bespoke Autex Grid system was installed to reduce noise transfer into adjacent meeting rooms and workspaces. These custom acoustic elements not only create a visually engaging transition through the space but also play a key role in managing ambient noise, helping to keep walkways calm and minimise disruption to focused work nearby.
The Outcome
The acoustic treatments support a flexible working environment that feels calm and welcoming for future tenants.
Throughout the project, Resonics’ acoustic design expertise ensured that each product and installation was carefully coordinated with other trades, allowing the solutions to integrate seamlessly with the overall design.
