Gleeds HQ, London

The problem: Gleeds HQ in London required a complete redesign to accommodate employees, clients, and collaborators from across an international network. The vision was to create a workplace that felt both welcoming and practical, while ensuring the flexibility to support different styles of working. A central priority was achieving excellent acoustic performance, as sound quality plays a key role in comfort, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Our solution

As a trusted installation partner for Acoufelt, Resonics was engaged to install a suite of bespoke acoustic products across the office.
Open-plan Office
In the open-plan spaces, Acoufelt ceiling baffles were installed, offering an architectural ceiling design that is engineered to deliver superior acoustic performance, reducing noise levels across shared work areas.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms and quiet zones were fitted with Filasorb wall panels and Quietform Pressed Panels, which will help manage background noise and control sound reflections.
Event Space
In the event space, Castillo Acoustic Ceiling Tiles were installed to enhance speech clarity and ensure the area could support informal gatherings without compromising acoustic comfort. In the social kitchen, an Acoufelt Grid Ceiling was fitted, creating a welcoming yet functional environment in one of the busiest areas of the office.
Throughout the project, Resonics’ expertise ensured each product was fitted with precision and care, allowing the acoustic treatments to perform at their best while maintaining smooth coordination with other on-site contractors.

The Outcome

The acoustic treatments will support a flexible working environment, from quiet spaces designed for concentration and productivity to spaces that allow people to collaborate.

The acoustic treatments will enhance privacy where confidentiality is important and reduce distractions in workspaces. Collectively, these improvements will support a workplace that feels flexible and people-focused.
