The problem: Anson Packaging’s Sutton facility housed intensive packaging machinery beneath a corrugated iron ceiling, creating a highly reverberant and harsh acoustic environment. With dozens of warehouse staff working in this space daily, reducing excessive noise was essential—both to improve employee comfort and to maintain a safe working environment.
Our solution
Resonics installed more than 600 Class A Ecophon acoustic absorbers. The panels were strategically fitted between the ceiling and the unistrut framework, ensuring maximum sound absorption without interfering with the warehouse’s fire sprinkler system.
The Outcome
The installation dramatically reduced reverberation, transforming the warehouse into a far more comfortable and safer space for employees.
