Creating interiors
that sound as good
as they look

At Resonics, we believe every space should be as comfortable acoustically as it is visually.
Modern commercial design has embraced sleek, minimalist aesthetics—glass walls, exposed concrete, stone, and steel. While striking to the eye, these materials often create noisy, reverberant environments.
Our mission is simple: to blend contemporary design with superior acoustics, delivering interiors that are quiet, balanced, and productive.
Our clients

In 2009, childhood friends Matthew Bullen and Rupert Nahum noticed a clear gap in modern interiors: acoustics were being overlooked. With backgrounds in office fit-outs, they set out to prioritise user comfort through better sound environments.
By 2014, their vision became Resonics — the UK’s first dedicated acoustic installation company. From day one, the goal has been to transform spaces by solving noise challenges without compromising design.

From Loft to Market Leader
Resonics began humbly in a Kent loft, with Matthew and Rupert wearing every hat — sales, surveying, and design. Early projects focused on office acoustics, but demand quickly grew.
Today, our work spans schools, offices, restaurants, auditoriums, residential projects, and community spaces — because poor acoustics affect every environment, and we’re here to fix them.
Trusted Expertise
What started with a handful of suppliers has grown into partnerships with the world’s leading acoustic manufacturers — including Ecophon, Autex, and Baux. Our portfolio now exceeds 7,000 completed projects across the UK and abroad, from single-room installations to large-scale acoustic design transformations. Every solution is supported by accreditations such as ISO 14001, Constructionline Platinum, CHAS, and SafeContractor.

Where We Are Today
From two friends with a vision to a team of 50+ installation specialists and 25+ office staff, Resonics has become the UK’s leading acoustic installation company. We complete over 1,000 installations every year and have grown into a business with £15m+ annual turnover.
Whether we’re improving sound quality in offices, warehouses, schools, healthcare settings, or leisure spaces, our commitment remains the same: to create environments that elevate comfort, productivity, and well-being.
