Echo was co-founded by people who were frustrated by the hassle of managing their NHS prescriptions. Since 2015, Echo has been reducing the pain of scripts, working with GP’s to streamline the process.
Resonics were engaged to treat some significant echo issues within the Echo open plan office, circulation areas and meeting rooms. The entire space has open ceilings with exposed services and hard roofing surfaces causing excessive reverberation through the office. This caused significant discomfort for those working in the space, and also poor audio quality on calls and meetings.
Within the main atrium area, Ecophon Solo Circles were hung directly from the ceiling at different heights, creating a quirky design whilst performing the grunt of the absorption work required. Through the main office, custom fabric wrapped ceiling panels were integrated with lighting features to add subtle yet much need sound absorption to the area.
In the meeting rooms, our FabricWall system was applied to the brick walls. The result was a significant improvement to meeting clarity, as well as improved performance of the existing AV equipment when taking calls or virtual meetings.
