Autex Groove – Customised Textured Acoustic Panels

Autex Groove is a customisation tool used to create custom angular cuts and designs on Cube acoustic panels. Groove allows you to explore the realms of possibility in design, adding depth, nuance and texture to interior spaces whilst treating acoustic issues in the process.

It is also environmentally friendly, containing a minimum of 65% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET bottles). Off cuts and manufacturing waste are reusable in the manufacturing process, adding to its sustainability credentials. The fibre is also non-tox and non-allergenic, making it safe to use in almost any application or environment. Cube does not contain any red list chemicals, which are defined by the EPA as materials that are harmful to living creatures, including humans.

Groove is available in standard sizes of 1200mm x 2400mm, in 12 and 24mm thickness. There are a total of 6 pattern suggestions, but custom patterns can be designed and manufactured on a job by job basis.

The modular nature of the panel means it can be used for a variety of applications, including: decorative wall coverings, pinboards, ceiling panel applications and more.

Custom Autex cube designs make for unique architectural features, especially when used in open plan offices which can often benefit from a funky layout or design element.

 Environment & Sustainability: Quietspace Cube panels are made from 60% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET bottleflake). Uncontaminated Cube panels can be recycled.

 Fire Safety: ISO 9705: 1993 Classification: Group 1-S Smoke Production Rate: <5.0m2/s As required by NZBC C/VM2
