Autex Cube – A Lightweight, Flexible Solution

What is Autex Cube?

Autex Cube panel is a lightweight acoustic performer that ships as a semi-rigid acoustic panel, but which can also be custom cut to meet an array of design and aesthetic demands. Achieve complete design flexibility without the need for edging or capping, resulting in a solid colour throughout the feature. Cube is light-weight and easy to handle, while being highly durable and offering long term stability, rigidity and performance.

It is also environmentally friendly, containing a minimum of 65% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET bottles). Off cuts and manufacturing waste are reusable in the manufacturing process, adding to its sustainability credentials. The fibre is also non-tox and non-allergenic, making it safe to use in almost any application or environment. Cube does not contain any red list chemicals, which are defined by the EPA as materials that are harmful to living creatures, including humans.

What size is Autex Cube?

The standard Cube panels come as 2400mm x 1200mm and can be fixed directly to a wall, or to a ceiling substrate or fixed to batons. Cube is completely customisable through cutting, printing and moulding, offering complete design flexibility without the need for edging or capping. Cube performs exceptionally well acoustically, offering sound absorption which reduces reverberation and helps control background chatter.

The modular nature of the panel means it can be used for a variety of applications, including: decorative wall coverings, an acoustic pin-board for education and commercial sectors and as an office partition for visual and acoustic privacy.

How thick is it?

Cube is available in either 12 or 24mm thickness.
